Dr. Lusine Navasardyan

Lusine is a co-director of UK-based law firm 'RVS Solicitors' and a partner in Dimension Legal RVS. She currently works within the Corporate and Business Immigration sector, advising high-net-worth individuals and overseas businesses seeking to relocate to the UK, as well as offering global mobility services to UK based businesses, including ones seeking to attract investment via eligible visa categories and securing talent relocation from overseas.

 

Her advisory services include divergent compliance issues pertaining to Human Rights in business and regulatory aspects of anti-trafficking and the integrity of the supply chain.

Prior to her successful career in the UK, she practiced corporate law and litigation in Romania, representing her clients in connection with a wide range of corporate issues. During her practice, she became a niche specialist in specific industries such as construction, finance, food production and processing, and recreation. Her work covered legal advisory on corporate structuring, business transactions, as well as compliance and regulatory issues. Additionally, she has acquired a strong litigation background, having represented corporate clients in numerous litigation cases before First instance, Tribunals, Appellate and Supreme and Constitutional Courts in Romania. She was recognised by peers and judges alike for her sharp legal mind and ethical approach to cases.

 

Lusine has a particularly strong understanding of investment-related legal aspects, having this as the focus of her doctoral thesis - 'Guarantees and protection for international direct investments in the context of international trade law'.
