Ejmin Shahbazian
Senior Associate
Ejmin is a senior associate in Dimension Legal RVS. He has experience working in Dimension Investments for three years, as an in-house counsel and anti-money laundry and terrorism financing compliance officer.
He has also worked with The Center for Innovation in Open Governance (CIOG) as a researcher conducting parliamentary oversight monitoring.
Ejmin's areas of expertise are: compliance, corporate law, M&A and restructuring, due diligence, ADR and public policy analysis.
Ejmin has a dual degree in bachelor's of law from the French University of Armenia and Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 followed by a master’s degree in law from the American University of Armenia.
