Vazgen Sargsyan

Vazgen Sargsyan is a legal professional with expertise in corporate, financial, and business law. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private investment law, providing strategic legal counsel on company and investment fund formation, structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and project financing.

 

At Dimension Legal RVS, Vazgen has been involved in managing complex restructuring and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions and has successfully advised on numerous deals. His extensive experience includes facilitating the successful establishment and operation of various private investment vehicles in Armenia, demonstrating his expertise in investment structures and governance.

 

In addition to his work at Dimension Legal RVS, Vazgen currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at a leading investment firm licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia. This leadership role has further strengthened his expertise in securities markets and investment law, making him a trusted advisor on regulatory and compliance matters.

 

Vazgen's academic credentials include a dual bachelor’s degree in law from the French University in Armenia and Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, as well as a master’s degree in private law. Early in his career, he served as in-house counsel at “Veolia Jur” CJSC, Armenia’s water systems management company regulated by the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission. There, he gained invaluable experience in regulatory frameworks and operational legal matters. Vazgen also holds a particular interest in water and mining law.

 

He is admitted to the Armenian Bar.
